Ed, Owner

Ed got his first exposure to the beverage catering industry as a Bar Manager during undergrad and graduate school at Syracuse University. Working most recently with The Catered Affair and Harvard University, he's managed events from the Hamptons to Boothbay Harbor Maine. Mr. Garland has been interviewed by magazines such as Boston Common and Brides Boston, where his own specialty drink creations were featured. Ed now brings his attention to detail and commitment to excellence to Premier Bartending & Beverage Service.
